Form Assist aims to provide support to individuals on nutrition and exercise. Our expert team, consisting of dietitians and physiotherapists, does not provide diagnosis and treatment services, and the information obtained from the application should be considered as a recommendation.
EXERCISE: Due to differences such as height, weight, age, physical activity level and physical fitness among individuals, exercise programs should be planned individually. After evaluating the factors such as the age, weight, risk factors and condition level of the person while preparing the programs, we aim to prepare the most appropriate exercise programs for healthy people and to follow the development and goals of the person.
While creating the programs, we recommend the most suitable exercises for individuals by using the FITT principle, which consists of frequency, intensity, time and type headings. Exercise type, frequency, intensity, duration of participation and precautions to be taken are suggestions.
Our FITT (Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type-FITT) principles, which we adopted as a principle while creating our exercise programs, are as follows: • Frequency: How many times a week? • Intensity (Exercise intensity, intensity): What intensity? • Type (Type, type of exercise): The method applied? • Duration (Duration of the exercise): How long does it take? • Exercise progress: How to load gradually?
While preparing a personalized exercise program, the type, intensity, duration, frequency and sustainability of the exercise constitute our basic principles.

NUTRITION
In nutrition part, we aim to determine the amount of energy and nutrients that individuals need daily, and to recommend this need with the right portions. With the principle of balanced nutrition, we offer alternatives to balanced nutrition with foods, portions and ingredients that the individual can easily reach and find in daily life.
The energy need of the individual is calculated with reference to the globally adopted report of the FAO / WHO / UNU expert consultation, in which food energy and nutritional requirements are formulated, and it is calculated by the Schofild method with the basal metabolic rate and the daily physical activity declared by the person. The foods that will meet the calorie amount obtained as a result of these calculations are offered to the users in appropriate portions, taking into account the carbohydrate, fat and protein values contained in them.
The foods listed are compiled from the meals and recipes that individuals can reach in their daily lives, and their nutritional contents are created according to calorie, protein, fat and carbohydrate content using USDA and TURKOMP sources.
